About Us
The Turbotville Auto Museum is the result of a lifelong interest in automobiles and a desire to evoke childhood memories. The museum’s founder began collecting nostalgic automobiles in the early 80s and has amassed an exquisite collection of pristine-condition cars and trucks. In addition, there are always a few automobiles in various stages of restoration. Founded in 2002, the museum allows him to showcase this private collection and share it with others who appreciate this passion.
The museum offers a rotating exhibit (updated a least once a year) of over 40 cars and trucks. Most of these automobiles are from the 50s and 60s, with a few older and more recent models interspersed. The cars and trucks originated from all over the U.S. and the core of the collection is comprised of General Motors vehicles. The museum also explores automobile-related history with its vast assortment of antique neon and metal signs, gas pumps and other memorabilia. If replicas interest you, you’ll enjoy the over 1,000 model cars on display.
Keep an eye on our News & Events page as we usually host at least two drive-ins each year, spring and fall. The auto museum is open weekends from 10-4 and is conveniently located in beautiful North Central Pennsylvania just a few miles from interstate 180.
Please keep in mind that the cars are not for currently sale unless a price is listed.
